Join us for an exploration of red wines. Instructor Lynda Gaines will guide on a tasting of six wines with different levels of tannins, as we learn where tannins come from and how they impact the wine. We will also discuss the role of oak in the winemaking process and how it can influence the body and flavor of the wine. Your new favorite wine awaits you!
