Did you know that tea is the most consumed beverage around the world after water? Join this class for an introduction to all things related to tea! Learn the historical and cultural significance of tea around the world, including where it is grown and how teas are classified as white, green, oolong, and black. Enjoy an array of tastings, while gaining insight into the art and technique of steeping and brewing. There are many ways to enjoy tea, way beyond the tea bag!

B gained her vast knowledge through visits to tea plantations in India.
