A camp birthday! We had a lovely celebration for one of the campers today. We started the day by making caterpillars and relaxing inside. Then we ate snacks in the backyard before going to the Great Lawn. At the Great Lawn, we played relay races, and the campers explored the trees. We walked back to camp to start our birthday celebration with a piñata. The campers all took turns taking a swing before the birthday girl broke it open to reveal the prizes inside. Then we had lunch and a surprise visit from Del’s truck. The campers enjoyed the favorite summer treat of Rhode Island. After lunch, we headed to the beach to explore the Narraganset shore. Then we strolled to camp to get changed and got ready to go home. We will be building something tomorrow! See the pictures from today!
