We had a great day today! We started by making cards for first responders for the CIT Community Service Project. Then we went outside to have a snack. After that, Ms. Joanne came to do a big art project with everyone. Today, we drew Sequoia and Beech trees with markers. The campers then added details with cray-pa. After art, we came inside to relax. We read a story and then played heads up seven up. Then, it was time for lunch and free play. We decided to take some relaxation time for our afternoon activity to beat the heat. We had some meditation time before the camper chose whether they wanted to stay inside to read or play a water game outside. We will be going to the beach tomorrow! Here are the photos from today.
